Allison C. McMillen is proud to be a second-generation plaintiffs’ attorney representing victims of medical malpractice. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Middlebury College in 2002, and a Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007.
Ms. McMillen is a director at large on the Board of the Florida Justice Association, Chair-Elect of the FJA’s Women’s Caucus, and past President of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. She co-authored a chapter on Florida’s Neurological Injury Compensation Association (“NICA”) in the Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook, Second Edition, which was published by the Florida Bar. She also serves on the Florida Bar Civil Procedure and Rules Committee, and previously served on the Editorial Board of the Florida Bar Journal and News.
